part II welcome to Solar cycle 25 -special-  Solar Proton events  and their terrestrial "coincidences" resp. effects. 2025 january ß4 after 20 UTC SOLAR PARTICLE EVENT  INVOLVED ACTIVE SOLAR REGION: 20250105: The Sun unleashed a new major SPE on January 04 . First protons arrived on earth and were measured by GOES around 20 UTC with an initial value above 10 pfu of the > 10 MeV Protons. > 50 MeV and > 100 MeV values rose similtanously      MAJOR X- RAY EVENTS    EARTH DIRECTED CME EVENTS:    ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME    CME IMPACT SIZE ON GOES            SEP:     (1)PROTON IMPACT BEGIN    MAXIMUM    (2)ELECTRON ACCUMULATION  NOT JET     MAXIMUM    MEASUREMENTS BACK TO NORMAL:       NASA D RAP      SOLAR MAP SOLEN. INFO  FLARE IMAGE SOHO- SDO   AR 13947 [N10E56] developed further and was unstable. The region is compact and opposite polarity spots are poorly separated. Major flares are likely.
